Meet the Maker - Boochi

The Story of Boochi & Co
Once meant to stir tea in porcelain cups,
a christening gift long since outgrown,
or a sugar spoon from some forgotten trousseau—
each piece Joseph Bucsi finds bears quiet echoes
of the parlours, pantries, and people they once knew.
From his workshop in Henley-on-Thames,
he bends, buffs, and brings them back to life—
not polished perfection, but living sculpture.
No two rings are alike; each carries the mark
of where it came from, and who dared to discard it.
They say some are born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
Joseph chooses instead to place that silver on your hand—
not as privilege, but as poetry.
A second chance for something beautiful
that the world had overlooked.
This is not about fashion.
It is about rescue, memory,
and turning forgotten things
into forever things.
